Global Rules:

• There is zero tolerance for any form of DDoSing. If we have any reason to believe you are doing this, you will be permanently banned.
• Real world trading on the server is prohibited. Trading any in game items for real world money or donor ranks will result in a punishment for both players participating in the trade.
• Do not TP trap (teleport trap) other players. This does not apply to teleport killing (if the victim has a chance to fight back).
• No inappropriate skins.
• Do not ask for items, money, or ranks, ever. Items are never replaced for any reason.
• No combat logging. If you are found somehow evading the combat log plugin instead of just losing your items, but you will also be temp banned.

Chat:

• Spamming is not allowed, this includes command spamming.
• Chat with all capital letters is not allowed.
• No advertising other servers or websites.
• Do not use inappropriate language.
• No bullying other players.
• No threatening other players.
• Do not ask for staff ranks such as Jrmod. If you say you are from PMC you shall be kicked with message “You are now op!”
• Do not ask for items from staff.
• Do not evade questioning from a mod.
• No roleplaying in global chat. If you would like to do so go on Creative and make a party channel.
• Do not be dishonest when speaking with a moderator, this may result in a punishment being much worse.
• Do not complain if you die.
• Do not make random Modreqs.
• No racism.

If you are still a guest then these punishments will be exponentially more harsh since it is likely that you are just here to troll or annoy other players

Cheating and Mods/Exploits:

• Do not exploit bugs or glitches.
• Report bugs and glitches to the forums or a staff member immediately.
• Do not use mods or moded clients, with few exceptions mentioned below. This includes having anything installed on your client while playing on the server, whether you are using it or not. This rule only applies while playing on our server.
• No macros, auto clickers, auto miners, or anything of the sort.
• X-raying by any means in prohibited. This includes even having the mod installed or a resource(texture) pack.
• Do not use AFK machines to to build up entities or cause any kind of lag on the server. You may use them for something like farms or auto-killing grinders, however.
• Do not evade bans by using alts or other methods.
• Scamming is not allowed, but this only applies to scam in game (no trading items for donor ranks for example) and we will not replace items.

Mods that are allowed include:

• Optifine
• Shaders/Graphic mods excluding xray.

Discord Rules (ip is #)

• All chat rules apply to teamspeak, breaking them will result in a ban.
• No inappropriate nicknames or avatars.
• Do not impersonate staff members or other players.
• Do not spam poke other users.
• Do not abuse the complaint system.
• No screaming, playing extremely loud noises, or making any other unnecessary sound that disrupts other users.
• No voice changers.

Towny Rules:

Building:

• Griefing is not allowed, this includes misuse of water and lava.
• Do not landscape grief.
• Building inappropriate structures is not allowed.
• Do not build anything that will cause lag.
• Setting home in someone's property without their consent is not allowed.
• No claiming over someones land with a protection stone, even if it is not claimed.
• No killing someones domestic mobs such as sheep, horses or cows. However if they are not completely protected we will not respawn your animals, and you need photographic evidence.

Wilderness Specific:

• Stealing from unlocked chests/furnaces is allowed.

Town Specific:

• You must follow the town’s rules as long it does not go against any of these rules.
• Stealing from unlocked chests/furnaces is not allowed.
• Towns are not allowed to claim over other player’s property in the wilderness.
• Do not extend your town too close to other towns.
• Protection stones are not recommended.
• You must have a valid reason to kick another player.
• No building at the boundary of a town unless you have permission from the owner. In case the town expands we will not ensure your property.
• Towns cannot claim the island part of the end nor a very large portion of the nether.

Pvp:

• Pvp is allowed in the wilderness (minus prot stones with it blocked) and in some towns.
• Do not teleport away from combat.
• Spawn camping is not allowed.
• No killing people with inappropriately named weapons.

Donor:

• Do not use god mode, fly mode, /jump, /vanish, or disguises in pvp combat or in the arena section of the spawn.
• No excessive trolling with mob disguises or vanish.
• Using donator perks such as /fix for friends or for money is frowned upon.

Factions Rules

• Stealing from unlocked chests/furnaces is allowed.
• Griefing is allowed.
• Homes are allowed anywhere that they can be set.
• Do not glitch into bases. Going to the top of the nether is allowed, however.

KitPvP/OpPvP Rules

PvP:

• No combat logging. If you are found somehow evading the combat log plugin instead of just losing your items, but you will also be temp banned.
• Spawn is a PvP free zone, and if an exploit arises that allows you to kill in it you will be punished.

Scamming/Glitches:

• As with factions, items will almost never be replenished if you are scammed.
• Paying for teaming is even more frowned upon. If you get scammed it is not our fault, only team with people you can 100 percent trust.
• If someone in your team kills you, that is allowed also.

Creative Rules

Role-Playing:

• Roleplaying is NOT allowed in global chat, doing so will result in a mute.
• FNAF rp is allowed, but can NOT be advertised in global chat.
• Any sexual conduct is prohibited.
• Advertising roleplays in global chat should be kept to a minimum.
• Roleplaying should only be done in party chat.
• Read /warp roleplay if you don't know how to use PartyChat.
• Don’t get involved in peoples role play if you are not playing.
• Do not greif other players.
• Don't use "l()()K", "LOOK", "<----" or any other form of attention grabbing in chat.
• Don't encourage spam, for example: "say 123 to join my rp".

Ranks/Plot Checks:

• To get any build rank, you need to get member first.
• The order of the ranks are Novice, Builder, Designer, Artist and then Virtuoso. It is possible to skip a rank, if your build is good enough. However the highest you can skip is to Constructor.
• There are 2 redstone ranks, they are Redstoner and Engineer. It is possible to skip redstoner, if the build is complex enough
• You are limited to one plot check a day. If you ask for more, you may be muted or jailed. This is to ensure that you don’t go around asking every mod for the same build and hoping one of them thinks it is good enough.
• Any rank can visit the Artist world, however only those with Constructor rank may build there.
• Do not argue with a mod about your build’s quality. They know the standards.
• If you need a plot check, do /modreq. A mod will come check as soon as they are available. Please only submit finished plots for a plot check.
• Getting help from another player will make it impossible to earn a rank. It doesn't make a difference if you remove them from the plot, as mods can still use logblock to see who placed what.
• Do not attempt to get a rank from a stolen build. This will result in a full rank demotion and will get you put on the blacklist.
• Skin competitions, banner shops, parkour, pixel-art, and sapling-made trees will NOT rank up.

Building:

• Do not build afk machines.
• Do not build any form of lag machine.
• Do not build inappropriate structures.
• Do not abuse water and lava.

Mini-Games Rules

Skyblock:

• No griefing other players, as this is meant to be a solo game.
• If you share an island with another player, do not lock the chests unless you own the island.

CTF:

• No team griefing.
• No team trolling.
• Do not completely destroy the map.
